Our client is a venture-funded startup founded by engineers from NASA, AWS, LinkedIn, Meta, MIT, and other top-tier institutions. They’re building a data intelligence platform focused on securing and optimizing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
What You’ll Do
Work closely with APIs and surface insights from the data platform
Design and maintain both public and internal APIs
Collaborate with the infrastructure team on cloud-native deployment (Kubernetes, GCP)
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers
Contribute to hiring and technical culture
Backend : Go (primary), Kotlin / Java / Python
Frontend : TypeScript with any modern JS framework (Svelte is used, but not required — React, Vue, Angular all accepted)
CI / CD : GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Docker
Bonus : Experience with immutable data, Linux profiling, and open-source search systems
Strong full-stack experience in modern web applications
Production experience in Go (or strong motivation to pick it up quickly)
Experience working with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and backend logic
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines
Ability to work independently and own complex features end to end
Experience with developer tools or data platforms is a big plus
A pragmatic mindset, high technical standards, and a product-oriented focus
Nice-to-Haves
Background in immutable data, distributed systems, or search infrastructure
Advanced SQL query tuning and Linux optimization
MSc or PhD in CS, Math, or Physics
