MISSION : Management, planning, organization, and management responsibility of the Transmission Lines department.

Responsibilities :

• Management of the HV transmission line engineering department, responsible for the design of facilities in engineering projects at any stage, including bid preparation and technical management of equipment purchases and contracting of EPC work associated with transmission lines.
• Coordinate with different engineering areas and technical project managers regarding engineering needs and delivery requirements.
• Manage and plan the workload of all personnel under his / her charge.
• Monitor and provide support to the engineering team.
• Attend interdepartmental meetings and convene / direct meetings of his / her department.
• Attend meetings with clients and suppliers on engineering matters under his / her responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with committed delivery schedules and quality criteria established in project and engineering quality plans.
• Prepare engineering under his / her responsibility.
• Lead the implementation of SIG procedures related to design in your section.
• Carry out actions applicable to the department derived from continuous improvement plans.
• Develop and implement work procedures concerning your department.
• Collaborate in fulfilling QHSE objectives and goals established by management.
• Know and comply with regulations, manuals, and procedures that affect your work.
• Perform periodic design compliance inspections on project sites.

Job Requirements :

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering - Specialty Electricity / Bachelor.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering - Specialty Electricity / Renewable Energies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of GIS.
• Experience in MV and HV electrical design, such as PLS-CADD for HV line design Tower.
• At least 5 years of experience performing similar functions.
• Availability for international travel.
