Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure recruitment speed and quality support company growth and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership for workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches and analytics to assess and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies, job boards, and universities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement technology solutions (e.g., ATS, CRM) to improve efficiency and tracking.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience : 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles within fast-paced environments. Proven success in strategic recruitment planning and execution. Experience in high-growth or complex organizations is preferred.
