Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: The position must be based either in Barcelona (home office until further notice) or Menorca (office-based).

Zannier Hotels owns and operates 5 luxury hotels across Europe, Africa, and Asia, with 2 additional hotels in pre-opening stages. We are a young, dynamic team seeking a passionate Sales Manager to promote our hotels to global markets.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To sell, market, and promote all Zannier Hotels globally, generating sales and increasing product and brand awareness.
  • To establish and maintain Zannier Hotels as a preferred choice within their respective destinations in the global travel trade.
  • To manage commercial initiatives and strategic/tactical actions for business segments including FIT leisure, group, MICE, and corporate, aiming to meet or exceed revenue budgets while aligning with sales and marketing expenses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales initiatives proactively through daily contact with the travel trade via email, phone, online platforms, sales calls, and trade shows.
  • Handle direct VIP booking requests.
  • Target international MICE organizers, especially for Zannier Bãi San Hô, Bendor, and Phum Baitang.
  • Proactively identify and develop new or dormant FIT accounts using the Sales CRM.
  • Develop new partnerships and markets as assigned.
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and webinars.
  • Assist the DOSM in preparing presentations, SWOT analyses, market research, and sales action plans for existing or new hotels.
  • Distribute promotional materials and tactical offers via mass mailings.
  • Regularly review key performance indicators such as occupancy and ADR across all Zannier Hotels.
  • Make regular sales calls to targeted markets as advised by the DOSM/ADOSM.
  • Attend trade shows to generate business and new leads.
  • Manage follow-ups from sales calls and trade shows, maintaining an up-to-date database.
  • Maintain regular communication with GMs and property teams.
  • Perform any other sales-related tasks as assigned by the DOSM/ADOSM/HQ.
