This position reports to the Service Sales Manager.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities, and secure profitable sales within the designated areas.
  • Focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role contributes to Robotics – Autonomous Mobile Robots Service Sales in Spain. Main stakeholder is the Service Sales Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Penetrating into IB, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions for customers and ABB.
  • Understanding channel strategy, establishing prices, preparing and reviewing sales plans, and proposing recovery plans when needed.
  • Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Acting as a marketer/salesperson for ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Qualifications:

  • Engineer or higher degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or service.
  • Experience with industrial robots and autonomous mobile robotics in industries such as Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and others.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM, SAP, etc.
  • Passionate about technology, technical products, and services, with the ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Current B1 driving license valid in Spain.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, managing collaboration with customers onsite and online.
