Working in collaboration with the sales team and under the authority of the AP House Director, the Client Experience Coordinator oversees the hospitality for the house and all topics linked to Client Experience.
This role involves communication with clients for the AP House, managing daily schedules for gifts and birthday presents, and elevating the quality of service in the AP House by adhering to Hospitality standards set by AP HQ.
Responsibilities include defining food & beverage offerings for daily activities and event activations, managing daily activation tasks such as flowers, fragrances, and amenities, and monitoring the corresponding budget.
