Automaise aims to accelerate digital transformation by deploying AI Agents that help administrative workers boost productivity and efficiency across various customer service and back-office tasks.

Our clients use our AI Agents to significantly improve operational efficiency and achieve double-digit gains within 3-6 months post-implementation. Our focus on high-priority use cases and strong business cases has led to one of the highest deal conversion rates in the industry.

Our current customer base includes global organizations in Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, and Insurance sectors, all relying on leading CRM solutions like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Dynamics 365.

We are a fast-moving, VC-funded seed-stage company founded in 2017. We are developing the future of an AI-assisted workforce using proprietary technology based on conversational AI, Neural Networks, AutoML, and Generative AI.

Job Overview

We are seeking an outcome-oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to capitalize on this significant market opportunity and elevate our organization. This role requires an entrepreneurial-minded individual proactive in identifying, developing, and closing new business, comfortable with outbound B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, with a focus on new business development.
  2. Territory Strategy: Identify and research territories, develop a go-to-market strategy, and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  3. Pipeline Development: Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
  4. Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  5. Strategic Selling: Engage with prospects to position Automaise solutions through value-based selling, ROI analysis, and leveraging references and analyst data.
  6. End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all stages of the sales cycle, involving relevant resources like Sales Engineers and senior management.
  7. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new opportunities and close sales within mid-market accounts to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  8. Short and Long-term Results: Generate immediate results while planning for sustained revenue growth.
  9. Forecasting and Revenue Delivery: Provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  1. Mandatory: Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, especially in customer service/contact centers.
  2. Successful track record in complex, high-value sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
  3. Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  4. Hunter Mentality: Enthusiasm for exploring new markets and building business from scratch.
  5. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  6. Customer-Centric: Active listener with business acumen in Customer Service & BPO sectors to understand client challenges deeply.
  7. Consultative Sales Approach: Focus on customer success through outcome-based, consultative selling.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative mindset, supporting team efforts to achieve results.
  9. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Spanish and proficiency in another European language is required.
