Key Responsibilities :
- Compliance Diary Management : The HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing the Compliance Diary, which includes scheduling regulatory reporting, registrations, and meetings with the Board and Senior Management.
- Meeting Coordination : Coordinating compliance-related meetings and maintaining minutes is another critical aspect of this role.
- Training and Development : Organizing mandatory and ongoing training, drafting training materials in collaboration with compliance staff, is essential for ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Research and Monitoring : Researching new product areas, compliance solutions, and country-specific regulations in coordination with internal teams is vital for staying up-to-date with changing regulatory landscapes.
- Regulatory Updates : Drafting reports on regulatory and legal updates, as well as preparing presentations on compliance topics, are key responsibilities of the HR Compliance Specialist.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
