Provides strategic consultation for the Central Label Management Platform (part of Pharma Technical Operations) serving Pharma and Diagnostics customers. Responsibilities include defining or designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures, as well as utilizing customer requirements to research, identify, and market enabling technologies internally.

Collaborates closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Testing Teams (Leads).

Assesses current solutions, defines future needs, identifies gaps, and recommends new technology solutions and strategic business improvements.

Business process engineering / re-engineering

Facilitates stakeholder sessions across disciplines to identify and define requirements (including Non-Functional), assess processes, and evaluate technology solutions.

Conducts solution architecture research, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Proofs of Value (PoVs), feasibility assessments, and facilitates solution selection.

Develops business and logical data and solution architectures, including software, network, hardware, and integration designs.

Performs impact assessments and develops mitigation plans for changes and enhancements.

Works with Enterprise Architects to define long-term architecture vision, integration patterns, and review technical portfolios.

Creates and owns the Solution Architecture documentation

Develops IT Strategy & Roadmap aligned with the strategic needs of the business division.

Skills

7-10 years of professional IT experience with demonstrated strategic thinking and operational excellence skills.

Deep expertise in Pharma/Biotech/Diagnostics industries, including knowledge of Computerized System Validation, Data Privacy, GXP, etc.

Implementation experience with major applications like Global Label Management System and other enterprise solutions.

Proficiency in multiple technology domains (networks, systems, databases, security, Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc., system integration).

Ability to quickly understand new technologies and stay updated with emerging trends.

Experience in developing and articulating technology visions, using formal architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

Capable of designing solutions based on various architectural patterns.

Understanding of both long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and cross-organizational collaboration.

Excellent communication skills—oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal.

Proven ability to present complex issues persuasively to diverse audiences.

Experience in platform modernization, including DevOps automation.

Ability to fail fast, learn fast, and work within agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
