Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology for marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Design relevant data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
  • Develop architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, ensuring security and license management, high-level architecture, and technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs to advance them, driving quick wins and business benefits aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Support testing phases to ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
  • Ensure service design outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute as a leader within Omega's communities of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years in roles such as Salesforce Technical Lead or similar.
  • Strong foundation in platform functionality, development, and solutions architecture.
  • Experience managing project lifecycles with internal teams, vendors, or third parties.
  • Ability to interpret vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in understanding business processes and client needs.
  • Technical proficiency with core application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
