Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PhD Position in Automatic Control with a focus on Ocean Energy at University of the Basque Country located in the Greater Bilbao Metropolitan Area. The role will involve conducting research, developing control systems for ocean energy devices.

Qualifications

Strong background in Control and / or grid integration

Experience with modeling, simulation, and control design

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a collaborative research environment

Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar, obtained in 2023 or a later date

Publication record in relevant journals and conferences is a plus
