Meet your future department

The Quality Department ensures product excellence and compliance at all production stages. As part of the Supply team, you'll collaborate to improve quality, innovate, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

How can you help us?

The Quality Assurance RM & PACK Manager oversees quality processes for raw materials and packaging within the Supply Chain. This role requires expertise in certification schemes, supplier QA, product analysis, and food production challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing quality assurance processes
  • Developing sampling procedures in the QMS
  • Managing quality control and release of raw materials and packaging
  • Interpreting analytical results for quality improvements
  • Risk assessment and involvement in product development
  • Conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance
  • Handling complaints and incidents related to RM and Packaging
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the QA team
  • Fostering continuous improvement and accountability

Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in food quality assurance and packaging, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Qualified auditor experience

Competencies:

  • Understanding of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP
  • Supplier compliance management
  • Auditing and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of food safety management
  • Quality analysis expertise
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of baby food requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and competent in English (B2)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
