We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic accounts in these regions. The role involves strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have a background in packaging, automotive, or circular economy solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, managing contracts, and delivering proposals.
  2. Serve as the main contact for automotive accounts, building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
  4. Monitor and forecast account performance, providing strategic updates.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel.
