Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.
Ideal Candidate
Fluent in Spanish and English with experience in the Forex, Fintech, or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
This is a full-time remote position (5 / 2) based in the Spain time zone (UTC+1 / UTC+2).
