Production Technician

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and supporting production processes, including loading reactors and mixers, handling materials, and performing general warehouse and logistics tasks. A valid forklift license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Load and operate production equipment, including reactors and mixers, according to standard operating procedures.
2. Manually lift and handle bags of raw materials (up to 25 kg per bag).
3. Operate a forklift for transporting materials, loading/unloading pallets, and moving finished goods – forklift license required.
4. Perform logistics and warehouse duties, including inventory control, labeling, and organizing storage areas.
5. Assist in loading and unloading tankers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper documentation.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
7. Record production data and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor.
8. Support other departments and tasks as needed to ensure efficient plant operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid forklift license and proven experience operating a forklift safely.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in chemical or industrial production environments.
• Knowledge of tanker loading/unloading procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
