We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead the next phase of commercial transformation for a Barcelona-based software business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering our B2B sales strategy, with a focus on cloud-based and subscription models.
You’ll lead a growing sales and telemarketing team, oversee a key €8M revenue stream, and help shape how we go to market—from setting targets and driving pipeline growth to managing our channel partnerships and enterprise accounts.
What you’ll do
Lead and coach a team of 5–7 across sales and telemarketing
Drive a shift towards a B2B SaaS / subscription sales model
Own key accounts and partner channels
Set commission schemes, forecast sales, and report performance
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Consulting, and Executive teams
What we’re looking for
Strong leadership in B2B sales (inbound & outbound)
Experience in tech / software sales (SaaS / ERP / CRM preferred)
Solid grasp of data-led sales strategies and CRM tools
Excellent communication in English (Spanish a plus)
Degree in Business or Engineering; MBA desirable
