Our client is a global leader in mini pumps, known for reliable, installer-friendly, and innovative products. With a growing operational footprint including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, India, and the USA, they are expanding their team. They are seeking a Business Development Manager based in or around Madrid to increase sales and market share through key accounts via a wholesaler network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with the Regional Manager to manage key wholesalers/distributors
- Identify and target new wholesalers in the region
- Expand product range to increase market share with existing accounts through merchandising and training
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and sales meetings
- Monitor stock levels, competitors, and market activities
- Conduct training at wholesaler/distributor branches for installers
Candidate Profile :
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience working within a wholesaler/distributor network
- Experience in HVACR, construction, air conditioning, or building materials sectors
- Independent, proactive, and confident in using initiative
- Strong commercial insight
- Track record of sales to wholesaler/distributor networks
- Willing to travel approximately 75% of the time
