Role

As a Sales Representative & Product Developer, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience and a strong drive for results. Your responsibilities include :

• Driving sales success by meeting and exceeding targets and promoting our product range effectively.
• Developing new business by identifying opportunities and establishing partnerships with growers.
• Maintaining customer relationships through understanding needs and providing tailored seed solutions.
• Addressing customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to improvements.
• Planning, executing, and evaluating trials at grower sites, and being responsible for these trials.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills; ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Background in agriculture and passion for working with plants.
• Willingness to travel.
