We are seeking a Senior SAP S / 4HANA Deployment Lead (m / f / d) for our client, a leading multinational company with its Global IT Services Team centralized in Madrid. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a challenging, high-impact global SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield project rollout while supporting the establishment of a newly created IT Shared Service Center in Spain.

SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE :

As the SAP S / 4 HANA Deployment Lead, you will oversee all activities aligned with global templates. Your responsibilities will include conducting fit-gap analyses, managing change requests, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will coordinate with both global and local teams, as well as external providers, to effectively manage rollout plans, data migration, and system testing, ensuring everything is ready for implementation.

Additionally, you will address risks and escalations during the cutover phase and ensure compliance with global standards throughout the process.

YOUR PROFILE :

• Experience in international project management, particularly in coordinating SAP S / 4HANA rollouts, conducting fit-gap analyses, managing cutover processes, and leading change management initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in project and rollout management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing international teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Cloud ALM and Jira), in addition to migration tools and SAP interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) as well as experience with global templates.
