Job Description:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective during the manufacturing process. Organize and control environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resource consumption, and participate in HSE improvement projects.

YOUR TASKS:

• Develop management systems and ensure legal compliance
• Plan preventive actions and follow-up
• Create procedures and verify HSE points during implementation
• Detect risks and plan preventive measures for machinery, tools, or instruments
• Control environmental KPIs and training actions
• Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in the CT area
• Monitor HSE department objectives and implement corrective measures

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher Education Certificate in Health & Safety
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• 2-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment
• Knowledge of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures
• Knowledge of country HSE law
• German and English proficiency, minimum B2 level
• Availability to travel
