We are excited to offer a new career opportunity for an Executive Support Specialist, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, working full-time remotely.

Role Overview

The Executive Support Specialist will enhance our business efficiency by providing timely support to executive team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and coordinating executive meetings such as Board, CEO, and Growth Excellence meetings
  • Follow up on action items and report progress
  • Monitor strategic program developments
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to designated executives
  • Manage schedules, coordinate calls, and assist with event planning
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to deadlines
  • Draft and format internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate information flow and support light project management tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in similar administrative roles
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
