Team Lead – Business Development (Spanish-speaking)

We connect customers to amazing experiences and help local merchants grow — and we’re looking for a Team Lead to help take our Spanish Business Development team to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives focused on acquiring new local merchants
- Monitor and drive performance to exceed team KPIs and individual sales targets
- Deliver onboarding, coaching, and regular training to support development and sales effectiveness
- Track team metrics and reporting; analyze pipeline health and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with country management and cross-functional partners (Ops, Marketing, Content)
- Support change initiatives and help implement new tools, strategies, and processes
- Act as an escalation point for complex sales conversations and assist with contract negotiations
- Contribute to centralized projects to improve productivity and merchant experience
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Native-level Spanish and strong English communication skills
- 3+ years in a sales environment with at least 1 year in a leadership or coaching role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and funnel management
- Experience managing team KPIs and individual performance plans
- Hands-on, people-first leader who inspires through example
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Agile mindset — you thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments
