SENSESBIT is an AI-driven SaaS platform revolutionizing sensory data analysis for the food and beverage industry. We’re looking for a Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist to spearhead our B2B sales strategy and drive revenue from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has taken a B2B SaaS-Startup from Seed to €10M+ ARR and is obsessed with leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI automation to accelerate growth. In this remote role (open to candidates across Europe), you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Forbes 30 Under 30 to build an Allbound Sales engine, refine product-market fit, and scale SENSESBIT into a new category leader.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Scale GTM Campaigns : Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, SEO, paid, content) that fuel pipeline growth and product adoption.
Automate & Accelerate Demand : Build smart, scalable inbound & outbound engines using top AI tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist).
Content That Converts : Craft high-impact content (LinkedIn posts, landing pages, lead magnets, newsletters) tailored for decision-makers (CMOs, Product Heads, Innovation teams).
Lead Nurturing on Autopilot : Build and refine automated workflows, email drips, and retargeting funnels that convert MQLs into revenue.
Performance-Obsessed Execution : Own KPIs like CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, LTV, and campaign ROI. Optimize relentlessly.
Sales Alignment : Sync tightly with sales for seamless handovers, faster cycles, and shared pipeline ownership.
Position the Brand : Shape how SENSESBIT shows up in the market — define our narrative, sharpen our messaging, and dominate our category.
Experiment Like a Scientist : Test bold, data-driven ideas using AI tools (RelevanceAI, Ocean.io, CommonRoom) to uncover unconventional growth channels.
What We’re Looking For 5+ Years in B2B SaaS Marketing : You’ve scaled startups from €0 to €10M+ ARR and know what winning looks like.
Fluent in AI & Automation Tools : You don’t just use tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, and Customer.io — you squeeze results out of them.
GTM Strategist & Operator : You think strategically and execute fast. From ICP to activation, you can own the full GTM funnel.
Content-Driven Marketer : You're a persuasive writer who can turn complex SaaS and AI concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
Full-Funnel Mindset : You’ve launched top-of-funnel campaigns and closed the loop with sales, driving real pipeline and revenue.
Metrics-Driven Operator : You live in dashboards. You make decisions based on data, not guesswork .
Autonomous & Resourceful : You thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment with minimal oversight.
