- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics / natural stone), with proven leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating both office-based and remote teams.
- Strong knowledge of business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development across South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. A key focus will be expanding the company's portfolio with potential clients in new markets and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
The role involves promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs, understanding company and customer objectives, and developing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include :
- Expanding the network by onboarding potential firms such as distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects.
- Initiating new collaborations and projects through meetings with prospective clients.
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Leading and supporting the Sales Development team, mentoring managers, and monitoring department performance.
- Setting sales targets, defining goals, and developing policies and processes.
- Conducting industry and customer needs analysis.
- Reporting regularly to senior management on services and market insights.
- Negotiating and formulating commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
