Project Manager Workplace

We are expanding and looking for a Project Manager with experience in workplace environments to lead and empower a multicultural team in managing end-to-end projects in Infrastructure, specifically within the Austrian and Swedish markets. Your responsibilities will include managing demands, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring system functionality.

Main Responsibilities

• Demand Management: Lead E2E projects in Workplace and Infrastructure, facilitate backlog grooming, oversee demand creation to implementation, review quality standards, manage the JIRA Demand Board, and coordinate release planning.
• Testing: Develop testing strategies, collaborate with markets, conduct detailed testing, document outcomes, report bugs, and ensure alignment with market expectations.

Ideal Profile

• Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments
• Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects
• Proficient in English
• Strong organizational, communication, and testing skills
