Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer, Amazon Business

Key job responsibilities

We seek an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across Amazon Business products, including customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. You will independently solve complex testing challenges, design scalable test strategies, and enhance the testability of our architectures. A significant focus will be leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate and improve testing processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define, measure, and own core QA metrics.
  • Set high standards and best practices as a technical leader in quality assurance.
  • Tackle ambiguous quality issues and complex testing scenarios.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven automated testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the product lifecycle.
  • Use data analytics to assess quality pre-release and in production.
  • Lead multiple QA engineers in parallel testing efforts and coordinate product launches.
  • Mentor and develop QA team members, sharing best practices.
  • Make strategic quality decisions impacting customer experience.

  • A Master's degree is required.
