Job Description : We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Invest Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in a similar HR BP position in an international Investment, VC / PE, Family Office. Responsibilities include payroll administration, engagement and loyalty analysis, motivation and organizational design, corporate culture development, partnership with managers, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and succession planning. \
Required Skills and Qualifications : The successful candidate will be able to implement and ensure the execution of basic employee lifecycle HR processes, manage budgets, provide measurable examples of impact, coach managers, and possess problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should be motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives, highly persistent, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented. \
Benefits : This is a remote opportunity with a full-time schedule. Vacation time includes 28 calendar days per year, and 7 wellness days per year. Bonuses up to $5000 are available for successful referrals. Full payment is provided for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
