Replenishment Planner

Join us at the heart of supply chain planning at Essity’s hub in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily replenishment (both for own produced Finished Goods and Bought In Finished Goods) needed to cover the Demand across the Network of Distribution Centers.

What you will do

1. Create / use the Information-to-Market list and collaborate with others to take actions and ensure maximum fulfillment of all customer orders.
2. Manage the daily replenishment of all Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) (for finished goods and merchandise covering Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand, respecting lead times and managing incidences.
3. Manage interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports with Warehouse Excellence.
4. Contribute to the fulfillment of KPIs set for Replenishment Planning.
5. Embed Planning Excellence tools and processes into the way of working and be a champion of continuous improvement by identifying when systems do not deliver expected results to drive proper RCA processes.
6. Provide information and support when needed for phase-in-phase-out activities and projects.

Who you are

1. University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
3. Experience in planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
4. Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.
5. Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
6. Strong organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proactive, results-oriented mindset to drive performance.
