Overview

Job Summary

Centerline is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide support to our Project Managers and Construction Supervisors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, handling multiple demands, and making a significant impact on the company's daily operations.

What Will You Do

  • Support project managers and construction supervisors in maintaining and updating project trackers related to fiber optic & wireless network builds
  • Assist Project Managers with budgeting and tracking on their projects
  • Ensure prompt and accurate billing on projects; collaborate with the Accounting Department for timely billing
  • Manage customer purchase orders, quotes, and change requests
  • Help oversee smaller network builds to meet project deadlines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with all departments to track project status updates
  • Assist in work order and construction planning activities
  • Provide administrative support and manage office operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; business education with financial focus preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Telecom industry, Utility Management, Engineering, or construction is a plus
  • Ability to pro-actively support project teams internally and externally
  • Effective communication at both management and operational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Conditions

Requires sitting for extended periods, standing, bending, walking, and communication via phone, computer, or face-to-face. May need to operate a vehicle for company business. Work is primarily in an office but fieldwork may be required.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and other factors.
