The role :

As VP of Sales, your role will be to generate new business sales regarding Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programmes to our client's key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, and Aircraft Owners, to achieve your quota for the specific territory. Additionally, you will secure sales of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing Owners by fostering and developing relationships with these individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  • Help develop our client's brand by representing products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
  • Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activities, affinity partnerships, and personal networks.
  • Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services.
  • Work independently or with a Sales Consultant to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Complete sales reports promptly and accurately, including sales forecasts and territory business plans, as requested by management.

Essential experience & knowledge :

  • 10-15 years of work-related experience.
  • At least 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to sales processes as defined by management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, the full line of our client's products and services, and competitors.
  • Fluency in the local language relevant to the territory and business English (written and spoken).
