About The Job

Role Purpose :

  • Manage end-to-end customer engagement strategy, plans and customer development.
  • Design and coordinate the Commercial Policy and ensure the national implementation across country´s sub-regions and customers, to boost market share and profitability.
  • Transforming inputs of Brand’s and Zone teams into profitable local channel plans.
  • Serve as an ambassador for new ways of selling and a reference for the team.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Operational Excellence :

  • Lead and coordinate the Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Execute customer segmentation, investment allocation, and growth plans.
  • Support the team to build strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor and drive sales volumes, market share, profitability, and customer service KPIs.
  • Lead projects contributing to business strategy.

Customer Planning

  • Contribute to demand planning and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure excellence in execution and outstanding performance monitoring with fit-for-purpose tools (CRM System, Image Recognition Software & Communication) to efficiently execute, monitor and improve performance.
  • Ownership in Sell-in & Sell-out target delivery.

People Management

  • Inspire, lead, and develop the high-performing commercial team.
  • Foster a sell-out driven performance culture.
  • Promote a collaborative and Customer-Centric and Challenger mindset.
  • Implement personal development plans and succession planning.

Key Relationships

  • Internal :

Local : Sales, Marketing, Shopper, Legal, Customer Service, Communications, Performance, Medical, People & Culture, Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory.

Regional / Global : Western Europe LT Team, Customer Excellence.

  • External : Customers (medical professionals, wholesalers, pharmacists), agencies.

Experience

About you

  • 10 years of OTC / FMCG experience is a must and proven national sales management experience.

Education

  • University degree and Master's

Soft And Technical Skills

  • Influential and passionate leader with strong financial acumen.
  • Strategic, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in sales management, forecasting, brand management and business planning.

Languages

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
