Go-to-Market Client Solutions Lead

The client-centric pillar is led by GTM client Leads and acts as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring that the product continuously meets or exceeds customer expectations and requirements. This pillar focuses on communicating the product vision clearly and framing key milestones, presenting the roadmap as a guide to customers rather than a fixed commitment. By doing so, it helps customers plan integrations, certifications, and other necessary steps for seamless adoption, migrations, or implementation. The primary responsibility in this phase is to transition products from being sales-ready to revenue-ready, ensuring that the product is fully integrated into the customer’s portfolio and delivers long-term value. This is crucial for ensuring smooth customer adoption, driving customer satisfaction, and establishing long-term success in the market. The adoption phase sets the stage for sustained growth, helping to secure customer loyalty and maximize the lifetime value of each customer.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

The main duties of this role include providing solutions and support to clients across all product platforms/services, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and executing a product strategy that prioritizes client engagement, satisfaction, and retention from a global perspective.
  • Owning the customer product roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of client-focused features and updates.
  • Driving initiatives to deepen engagement with key clients to maximize product value.
  • Advocating for clients within the organization, considering their needs during product development.
  • Leading regular client meetings, presentations, and demos to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Leveraging customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Aligning product development with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand client pain points and requirements.
  • Working with Global Product Management to identify pilots and early adopters.
  • Managing communications on product updates and issues to set customer expectations.
  • Coordinating with the Global GTM Launch team to ensure sales needs are met.
  • Supporting product roadmap prioritization and client migrations.
  • Creating detailed migration and implementation plans, including scope and milestones, based on client requirements.
  • Developing practical demonstrations and PoCs of solutions for prospects.

  • Strategic implementation skills, including managing KPIs and aligning roadmaps with organizational goals.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry and management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a tech, services, & solutions environment.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
  • Self-supportive, proactive, with high initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to analyze and present business cases, project goals, and progress.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

This position involves national and international travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours work.

Language Requirements: Spanish or French and English.

Behavioral Skills: Autonomous, proactive, responsible, collaborative, open-minded, with a strong interest in technology and innovation. Experience in international companies and remote management is preferred.
