We are looking for a Document Controller on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Barcelona, Spain. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at the interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Support to the storage, organisation, and access control of documentation;
Support to the verification that all documents are stored in the correct place;
Ensure that all documents have the correct access rights, as per applicable policies;
Organisation of the incoming and outgoing documentation in existing document management systems
Support to the control of the application of policies on documentation review and approval;
Support to the verification and review of incoming and outgoing documents against technical and quality requirements;
Monitor the status of the incoming and outgoing documentation;
Contribution to the organisation, reporting and action tracking of meetings;
Support to the preparation of internal and external administrative documentation;
Contribute to the preparation of internal reporting, monitoring of KPIs, etc.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in documentation management;
At least 8 years of relevant experience;
Experience in the management of data and/or documentation in a project;
Experience in defining and/or obtaining statistics and/or KPIs related to project data and/or documentation is an asset;
Experience in the development of software applications and/or macros to support the management of data and/or documentation is an asset;
Experience in data governance is an asset;
Experience in the use of ISO 30300 and/or ISO 38500 is an asset;
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in EU.
