Call Centre Operator

Type : Indefinite with probationary period

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Sunday, on a shift basis

Responsibilities

• Timetable information and ticket booking.
• Attention and response to customer emails.
• Translation of web content into different languages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Native or advanced level (C1 or higher) in at least four of the following languages : Spanish, Catalan, English, Galician, French, and Basque.
• Responsible, polite, and customer-oriented person.

Optional Requirements

• High level of office automation.
• Minimum knowledge of Social Media and the Internet.
• Experience in a similar position.
