Position Description

The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel. This includes channel partner recruitment, engagement, and training of third-party sales agents. The TSE also oversees channel productivity and profitability.

  • Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
  • SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
  • Driving sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of the route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
  • Implementing field initiatives to boost sales.
  • Executing strategic plans to build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.

  • Manage the PAYGO Channel.

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy, or industries focusing on territory development and product sales.
  • Field sales experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of the coverage area is important.
  • Residence in the area of coverage is an advantage.
