Position Description
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel. This includes channel partner recruitment, engagement, and training of third-party sales agents. The TSE also oversees channel productivity and profitability.
- Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
- SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
- Driving sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
- Ensuring effective implementation of the route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
- Implementing field initiatives to boost sales.
- Executing strategic plans to build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.

Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy, or industries focusing on territory development and product sales.
- Field sales experience is essential.
- Knowledge of the coverage area is important.
- Residence in the area of coverage is an advantage.
