BUSINESS UNIT

HRS' Product Management department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's LaaS, MaaS, and WaaS platform offerings. The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes features using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.

The teams in the Product Management department own the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess strong business and technical knowledge, with excellent communication and prioritization skills.

The department operates based on HRS' leadership principles, putting the customer first and striving for customer success over commercial success. They challenge the status quo and constantly seek growth. As coaches, they hire the most promising talent and help develop team members through candid feedback.

Product Managers at HRS are learning pioneers, continually seeking to improve processes, products, models, technologies, and ways of working. They take ownership of the entire customer experience, seek truth, and commit to decisions. Success in this role requires strong business and technical skills, task prioritization, and excellent communication. Candidates should stay updated on the latest trends and technologies and be comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders.

POSITION

As a Product Designer (all genders) for our Travel Tech segment, you will be a key member of the Product Trio, working with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to discover, validate, and deliver solutions that address real customer problems. You will focus on usability, ensuring our products are intuitive, efficient, and impactful. Through collaboration, strategic design, and user insights, you will help shape products that deliver measurable value to users and the business.

CHALLENGE

  • Usability Ownership : Focus on eliminating friction points, ensuring designs solve real problems and meet user expectations with clarity and ease.
  • Discovery & Hypothesis Validation : Partner with the Product Trio to identify problems, explore solutions, and validate hypotheses through research and rapid prototyping.
  • Continuous User Research : Plan and conduct research activities to uncover actionable insights.
  • Strategic Design Execution : Translate research into prototypes and designs, ensuring usability and simplicity, and drive change initiatives.
  • Iterative Delivery : Collaborate with engineers during implementation to ensure quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Design System Contribution : Maintain and enhance our Design System for consistency and scalability.

Your work will directly improve the booking experience for workspaces, meeting rooms, and accommodations, seamlessly integrating with third-party apps.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • At least 2 years of product design experience (B2B / B2C), with a focus on simplifying complex processes into intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong usability testing expertise and a data-driven approach to design and iteration.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving within the Product Trio.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Miro, Dovetail, and User Interviews.
  • Experience in user research and translating insights into design solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, advocating for usability and stakeholder alignment.
  • A passion for agile development and modern Discovery and Delivery practices.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This remote role is based in Spain or Poland, with occasional travel to Cologne for team meetings. The compensation package is competitive, including a fixed salary, work equipment, mobility support, and bonuses.
