Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and possess strong organizational skills to keep programs on track. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure alignment with sales leadership and business objectives. Candidates should be able to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs. Fluency in English, strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative attitude are required.
