Job Description:

To support our Customer Care team, we are seeking a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – Barcelona – Korean (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients regarding the order process.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a deep understanding of e-commerce.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.

WHO YOU ARE

• Native Korean speaker with excellent verbal and written skills; proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
• Responsible handling of customer data.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure, with good teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organized, with good time management skills.
