You must have the right to work in Spain and be living in the destination or willing to source accommodation. Working hours vary each month and include early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends. Rosters are provided 3-4 weeks in advance. You should be comfortable working outdoors during summer months and spending long periods on your feet. Flexibility to support with disruptions and emergencies is essential.
No previous experience is required. However, you should be able to handle customer-facing situations effectively, solve problems positively, maintain a friendly attitude, and be confident using in-house digital systems on a tablet device.
