Antal International is looking for a Raw Material Manager in the dermo-cosmetic sector.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the Raw Materials team and define growth strategies.
• Set team goals and oversee budget management.
• Coordinate ingredient approvals for new products and evaluate suppliers; develop action plans to address supply chain issues in collaboration with the Supply team.
• Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for Cosmetics, Medical Devices, OTC products, and Food Supplements across the EU, US, China, and Latam; prepare for future regulatory changes.
• Implement sustainability practices in the supply chain, focusing on origin, traceability, environmental impact, and social responsibility.
• Develop standards for regulatory compliance, analysis, and toxicology to enhance raw material quality and safety.
• Participate in supplier audits alongside QA.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate specific needs and requirements.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related Science field.
• Proficiency in English (High Level).
