Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

The worlds of energy, transport, and artificial intelligence are colliding, and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers, and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid-2019 and has experienced exponential growth. We are now operating in multiple countries with partnerships with brands like VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and others.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with proven experience supporting sales teams and implementing communication initiatives with partners and clients.

You will work from our shared office space in central Barcelona, three days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and actively contribute to the company culture. International travel, especially to our London office or other European locations, may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Ohme's brand and product positioning in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, and Portugal).
  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team in Southern Europe, supporting their marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Design and implement effective communication actions, such as events, to promote our products and services among partners and customers.
  • Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives (leads generated, traffic, engagement, partner feedback).
  • Collaborate with the EU marketing team to ensure alignment between countries and content sharing.
  • Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Use a CRM to manage customer databases and set up email campaigns, newsletters, and automations.
  • Work closely with our international teams on marketing and communication activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing and communications, preferably in B2C and B2B environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management and event coordination.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including CMS for web content management and CRM for customer data management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Language Skills:

  • Native fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Italian and Portuguese (C1 level) is a plus.
