We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales team.

Functional Responsibilities :

  • Technical Sales Support : Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
  • Solution Design : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.
  • Client Engagement : Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.
  • Sales Team Training : Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and improve service offerings.
  • Technical Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continually improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements for Applicants :

  • 4+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering
  • Expertise in metalworking methods such as CNC machining, sheet metal working, and 3D printing
  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • IT enthusiast, eager to master and utilize modern technologies and software
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to work in a fast-growing business environment
