- Establish clear design patterns and cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Contribute to team reflection and process improvement.
- Assist in developing the design system and fostering collaboration for consistent platform experiences.
- Bring 5+ years of user experience design experience for software or complex UI projects.
- Experience designing for healthcare is preferred.
- Skilled in articulating experiences through artifacts like models, narratives, flows, and maps.
- Expertise in human-centered design and research practices.
