At Lear, we welcome each year a new generation of young talent who can join us for an internship in a professional, dynamic, and competitive environment. This experience allows students to gain real work experience while working on their final degree projects with the University.

We are looking for 6 engineering trainees in the following fields:

What we offer

  • Trainee programs in engineering fields related to electronics and connectivity.
  • Up to 10 months of real work experience closely mentored by Lear professionals.
  • Period: Up to 950 hours/academic year on site from June 2024 to May 2025 (Lear Valls).
  • Assigned to a real Lear Engineering project, focused on automotive, providing the opportunity to conduct your TFG/TFM.
  • 20 to 35 hours/week.
  • Economic grant.
  • Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program, upon positive reviews and available job openings.

What we are looking for

  • Students who will develop TFG/TFM in the university related to any automotive field from the following degrees:
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Telecommunications Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Computer Science
  • Students with university tutor applying with a TFG/TFM proposal related to any automotive field — due date before the end of November.
  • Fluent English as the main working language.
  • Any other foreign languages will be a plus.
  • Main competencies valued: teamwork, results orientation, analysis capability, communication skills, motivation, ability to adapt and interact with multicultural environments.
  • Erasmus or international experience will be a plus.
