We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Regional Finance to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support within the region. The role involves creating and maintaining analytical dashboards, collaborating with financial analysts for FP&A analysis, supporting monthly reporting for leadership, and generating detailed reports on P&L drivers. The Senior Specialist will lead financial initiatives, monitor results, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure positive financial trends. This position plays a vital role in providing insights, supporting decision-making, and driving financial performance within the region.

This opening is for candidates based in Portugal, Spain, Poland, and Bulgaria.

Your Job

• Create and maintain analytical dashboards supporting financial analysis, such as profitability drivers, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to perform analysis and report variances.
• Develop detailed analytical reports related to P&L drivers.
• Lead financial initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor financial results during monthly close.
• Analyse variances and prepare slides for Monthly Business Review presentations.
• Support annual budget and forecast analysis.
• Assist managers with forecast and budget models, and input final figures into systems.
• Validate and analyze financial data and KPIs.
• Partner with business segments to gather data, identify trends, and fulfill management requests.
• Review projects to ensure positive financial and utilization metrics, involving stakeholders as needed.
• Generate ad hoc reports as required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above); French is a plus.
• Experience with D365 system is a strong plus.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and summarize financial information effectively.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse teams.
• Demonstrated financial management experience.
• Technologically savvy, with examples of improving processes and systems.
• Experience working with multi-location teams is a plus.
• Resilience, tact, integrity, and credibility.
