The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a sales role, preferably within the food & beverage sector or for marketing agencies.
Specialty coffee experience or knowledge of the industry and key players is a significant advantage.

We are part of the wider PDG Global media group, which includes trade publications such as Perfect Daily Grind & Coffee Intelligence, as well as the Producer & Roaster Forum.
In 2025, we will launch a new initiative called the Global Coffee Awards.
We are offering two full-time, permanent roles to candidates based in Spain or elsewhere in Europe.
The position will be primarily remote, with occasional in-person meet-ups.
The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with people daily, identifying key business opportunities, and strategizing to close important deals.
You will be responsible for managing the pipeline for our strategic project sales, including identifying target customers, establishing opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals at the right time.
Our current and former agency clients include brands like MTPak Coffee, Hardtank, Flo-Smart, and organizations such as Guatemalan Coffees, UKAid, and Adam Smith International.
You will work closely with the COO to drive new business growth and achieve revenue targets, communicating effectively with clients at all levels to identify needs and relay information to the team.
