The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle their temporary recruitment requests.
  • Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
  • Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief third-party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, onboarding, and manage contractors.
  • Manage local relations with the client and recruitment agencies.
  • Check, upload, and track invoices and approvals for payment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies.
  • Monitor the achievement of local service level agreements.
  • Provide statistical analysis support and perform other duties as required by the client.
  • Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Dutch, Italian, and English.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Human Resources experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle confidential issues.
  • Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and in presentations in English.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Good understanding of financial data and invoicing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to lead colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability in programme expansion and cross-selling within clients is desirable.
