Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a "go-to" attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires at least two years of experience, excellent English communication skills, and availability to work in the US time zone.
What you will do
- You will be the gatekeeper for schedules, with strict diary management, create win-win situations for every meeting, and operate across multiple time zones with flexibility.
- You proactively address subjects and strive to present solutions in a timely manner.
- You have excellent documentation skills and are able to properly document decisions, action items, and circulate them to attendees.
- You will organize events, including logistics, offsites, supplier setup, invoicing, organizational support, and more!
- You will network with internal and external teams, communicating effectively and personable.
- You will act as an open connection between colleagues across departments, demonstrating leadership, credibility, trust, and support.
- You will keep your manager well-informed of commitments and responsibilities, acting as a “barometer” for issues in the environment.
- You will create and enhance team culture.
Your profile
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience or comparable professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data.
- Consistently high work standards.
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to connect with people at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Resourcefulness as a problem solver and creative thinker.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn and understand business priorities and challenges.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Fluent in English.
