We are looking to expand our team with a Process Solution Design specialist.

What will you do?

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of both platforms, including their features, workflows, and integrations.
• Project Management / Scrum Master: Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Knowledge of how to customize Jira and Confluence to meet specific team needs.
• Strong knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development, and impact assessment.
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills, analytical mindset, evidence-based approach.
• Experience managing project resources in a matrix environment.
• Experience operating in a project / programme environment, working with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, and meeting deadlines.

Experience with project tools such as Confluence and Jira.

• Problem solving skills (breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, vetting assumptions, creating frameworks, testing hypotheses).
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with project timeframes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and encouraging good culture and behaviors personally and across the team, in line with I AM Risk.
• Identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks, taking proactive personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies.
• Progressing specific actions that could minimize or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk, operational risk, etc.) and ensuring 100% completion of mandatory training and any other role-specific training required.
• Having strong influencing skills with a range of stakeholder levels.
• Having clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Customer

• Proactively building excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Driving customer satisfaction through appropriate engagement and endorsement from management, project team members, and business stakeholders regarding proposals and recommendations.
• Leading in the elicitation of requirements and requirements engineering, maintaining a core focus on the customer throughout.
• Communicating the benefits of recommendations across departments, helping to address any uncertainty and concern.
• Producing written documentation to support analysis, report findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary.
• Understanding business processes and how Jira and Confluence can support them.
• Focusing on user needs and ensuring the tools are user-friendly.
• Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science, with +4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of both platforms, including their features, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles as a Scrum Master.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
