Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  2. Analyze regional market trends and identify target customers, products, and industry segments for future growth.
  3. Prepare offers and follow up through the sales cycle.
  4. Track and report sales efforts in CRM system.

Location: Offices in Santa Perpetua and Barcelona (next to Sants).

Requirements:

  • BS / BS degree or equivalent with technical / engineering background.
  • Native German speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for presential meetings (40% of your time).
  • Work experience as a technical Sales Representative or project manager (>3 years).

Assets:

  • Familiarity with Navision (ERP) and/or Hubspot (CRM).
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
